Here is a guide that may be of help to legitimate Maryland election integrity researchers, groups, political parties, candidates and interested citizens who wish to get a handle on and get some idea about specific areas related to voting in our state.....for possible advocacy, attention and/or to seek improvements to our state's election activities.

For those who claim the VOTER ROLLS are not being managed - to date 2025 REMOVALS were a total of 21,130
(D) = 11,879.
(R) = 3,954.
As required by Federal law (HAVA), there is a published program schedule in effect and in compliance.

IT'S BAD ENOUGH when DEMOCRATS on average outnumber REPUBLICANS by 2:1 with the next slide notes only 71% of all eligible voters even participated.

✅ Maryland 20-20 Watch, of course, would prefer IN-PERSON over MAIL-IN and supports a National Election holiday - one day voting, paper ballots/hand counting and audit prior to certification.

♦️We do not support "automatic registration" and want the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles (MotorVoter) completely STOPPED‼️
♦️We would like Maryland State Board of Elections to LEAVE the ERIC program as it's been proven many times BY OUR OWN published investigations and research to be unreliable and corrupt.
♦️We advocate for a "Direct Citizen Initiative Process" which should seek to limit government involvement in all areas of the voting process.

VOTER I.D. for IN-PERSON voting is inadequate. When election personnel only ASK your name and address as opposed to a voter requirement to actually SHOW a valid photo I.D. then there is NOT any "real" safeguard, no matter what authorities claim.

EVERYTHING about MAIL-IN VOTING needs to end.
✅ Maryland 20-20 Watch remembers when MAIL-IN VOTING was restricted and LIMITED ONLY for special circumstances under strict handling. If we are to utilize this type of voting, we need to return to the way it used to be permitted.
THIS NEXT TWO SLIDES require clarification - there is very little "ELECTION SECURITY" if any, but they love to claim there is.....
👉🏾 End MAIL-IN VOTING and tracking becomes unnecessary. Trusting the current tracking is about as trustworthy as your ballot being ever counted in the first place. A computer generated "CONFIRMATION" that your ballot was received & counted is ludicrous.
👉🏾 DON'T FORGET "Absentee ballots" and "Mail-In ballots" were NOT the same thing....they changed to definition to mean the same thing then eliminated the strict regulations that governed the use of "absentee ballots".
👉🏾They now claim: "hand marked paper ballots" somehow SECURES VOTING MACHINES....but in reality - paper ballots only provide a FALSE BELIEF there is security. After you fill out your paper ballot IT IS IMMEDIATELY CONVERTED to a computer (machine) image and is NO LONGER a paper ballot. (Which by the way is destroyed)‼️
✅ Maryland 20-20 Watch was the FIRST and only group to demand a change in the law about "destruction" of election records and materials. It was ignored by representatives of BOTH political parties.
🚨 Contrary to claims by officials, AUDITS are NOT performed. What they actually do is "sampling". Internal Election Personnel take a SMALL "pre-selected" batch of ballots and check them for accuracy. Then determine from that (extrapolate) the accuracy of the entire election results. Clever and the public accepts it. 🙄

👉🏾 Election officials SHOULD face "threats" of criminal prosecution.
👉🏾 The Legislature, the Governor AND State Supreme Court EACH CURRENTLY interfere in every election, when the bureaucrats at the State Board of Elections aren't MAKING UP LAWS and regulations at random......
👉🏾 There is NOTHING "efficient" about ballot processing, PERIOD.
👉🏾 THANK GOD they haven't instituted a voter's "INTENT".......
👉🏾The "Nonpartisan Election Observation Policies" have always been corrupt. Maryland 20-20 Watch published the only "Reconciliation Report" ever for the State of Maryland and proved the selection and representation of election judges and observers is completely made up of individuals misidentifying their Party and political background. (Many using false names and addresses).
THE LAW REQUIRES EQUAL REPRESENTATION FROM BOTH PARTIES.....
