2022 After Action Report #1
BY THE NUMBERS - A partial after action study group on the 2022 election.....with an observational sermon.
♦️total POPULATION of Baltimore City: 473923 (voting age).
♦️total REGISTERED city-wide voters: 394460.
♦️total CAST Vote Results (CVR) in the Governor's race:
143867.
(More than in any other statewide ballot contest that established the top number of voters participating in Baltimore City).
✅83% of Baltimore City residents age 18+ are Registered voters❓
✅but only 36% of Baltimore City Registered voters cast a ballot in the 2022 General Election.......
Yet, 100% of Baltimore City residents are affected by what happens in Baltimore City‼️ (even those UNDER 18).
......17% of voting age residents don't care to even register.
......64% registered voters didn't even care enough to exercise their civil right.
🤔TELL ME AGAIN -
About all the taxpayer's money that was spent on extra efforts supposedly for the benefit of the public to have easy access to voting..... by implementing (GOTV initiatives, early voting accomodations, mail-in ballots, provisional voting), security and chain of custody ignored.
AND THE PEOPLE DON'T EVEN CARE‼️
👉🏽MOREOVER, the result is NOT A REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT
"of, by or for the people" with just 36% exercising this sacred right.
SO STOP YOUR COMPLAINING
ABOUT CRIME, POVERTY AND LACK OF OPPORTUNITY.
When you're NOT part of the solution, then you're part of the problem ‼️
PS- When I hear about upcoming "ballot chasing" activities and harvesting in 2024 (both of which ARE prone to fraud and in some cases illegal), I just think candidates should knock on a few city doors instead of doing "drive by" photo ops at carwash gas stations and hand out lollipops (as it was done in the 2020 cycle). 🙄
Eventhough, elections are decided by CORRUPT INTERNAL ELECTION PERSONNEL, it might change the dynamics if candidates would at least reach out to the 64% and convince them why it matters to vote, discuss the issues that they're directly affected by and to show non-voters (and voters) principles really do matter over politics or Parties.
THAT WOULD BE TIME BETTER SPENT listening to the concerns from the people instead of hopeful candidates believing THEY are more important than the people they seek to represent. In the end, regardless of whatever the outcome THAT interaction serves the GREATER GOOD FOR ALL of society.
✳️ all numbers are from: US Census, Baltimore City Board of Elections (confirmed with State Board of Elections).....
✳️We do know how UNRELIABLE they are and nobody in the field of Election Integrity worth anything would base their findings solely on them.
Over the course of our decade of research I've shown that these "numbers" are not stable.....They change depending on which government platform you get your data points from.
That in itself indicates, like stats, election results are fluid and constantly adjusting to fit changing narratives.
One might say, results are
Just Made Up⁉️
✳️(Something we've proven again and again).
