Election Judge Problems

Plagued the 2016 Baltimore City Primary

When the election results were decertified it highlighted multiple areas of failure.

Question #1

Did Election Judges working in the 2016 Baltimore City Primary

perform their jobs correctly?

Answer

IF THE JUDGES DID THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY THERE WOULD BE

NO DISCREPANCIES

IN THE VOTE COUNTS

but 286  of  296 PRECINCTS HAD DISCREPANCIES!

# of voters checked in SHOULD # of Voter Authority Cards issued SHOULD = # of ballots cast

BUT THOSE COUNTS WEREN'T EQUAL IN MOST PRECINCTS

We have provided testimony to local and State lawmakers and Legislative Committees but so far NOBODY has been held accountable by those with authority at either level of government........and

  • No other analysis has been done since to correct the problems despite our published evidence, verbal & written testimony.

  • And nothing prevents these problems from impacting future elections.
